存儲(chǔ)穩(wěn)定性檢測(cè)(建議在使用鋁顏料之前做該項(xiàng)檢測(cè))

1份鋁顏料+9份水性基料(PH=6-9)制備成漆200g,存于密閉容器內(nèi)40℃存儲(chǔ)30天或50℃存儲(chǔ)7天,存儲(chǔ)后觀察整體性能變化,以及放氣量不超過10ml。

水性鋁顏料存儲(chǔ)須知:

親水型系列鋁顏料未開封時(shí)儲(chǔ)存期為3個(gè)月,開封后易與空氣接觸,防止品質(zhì)下降,請(qǐng)盡快使用完,制漆后建議存儲(chǔ)不超過15天。

其他系列鋁顏料未開封時(shí)儲(chǔ)存期為12個(gè)月,如超過保質(zhì)期建議使用前做小試,制漆后建議存儲(chǔ)不超過3個(gè)月。

存儲(chǔ)條件:請(qǐng)避免光線直射,溫度不超過25℃,濕度不超過60,取料后及時(shí)封口。

Storage stability detection (it is recommended to do this test before using aluminum silver paste)

1. Make 200g paint with 20g Aluminium Paste and 180g water-based binders(PH=6-9).

2. Then store the paint in a sealed container @40℃ for 30 days,or @50℃ for 7 days.

3. Observe if there‘s any change of the performance, and the amount of gassing should be less than 10ml.

Instructions for storage of waterborne aluminum silver paste

The Hydrophilic series aluminum paste can be stored for 3 months. After opening, it's easily to contact with air, To prevent the decline in quality, please use it up as soon as possible, after 15 days when the paint is made.

The other series aluminum paste can be stored for 12 months. If the expiration date is exceeded, please make the trial before using it. Recommend storage period is not more than 3 months after the paint is made.

Storage conditions: please avoid direct light, the temperature should be no higher than 25 degrees, the humidity is no more than 60, timely sealing after picking.
